Its intricate floral hamper baskets, encircled by diagonal leafy wreaths are set against a subtle stripe backdrop, which evoke a timeless blend of classical elegance and contemporary finesse. This print is part of the Penelope’s Garden chapter of the Liberty Fabrics & Bridgerton collection - paying homage to the beautiful garden settings of the Regency era, where dramatic botanical displays create blooming backdrops perfect for captivating scenes.

Exquisitely printed on Liberty’s finely tuned Tana Lawn™ cotton, elegant Belgravia silk satin, Kensington crepe de chine, and Monument twill, the collection consists of nine designs inspired by artworks discovered in the Liberty archive and Bridgerton’s enthralling narrative. Meticulously redrawn and recoloured by the Liberty design studio, the prints have been divided into three atmospheric chapters: Penelope’s Garden, Regency Bouquet, and Botanical Trellis. Showcasing a diverse array of charming blooms, from highly intricate floral renderings to decadent bouquets, the series evokes a sense of romantic charm as well as being a testament to both collaborative partners’ visionary creativity.

Liberty Tana Lawn Cotton is a fabric built by obsession, perfected into a modern masterpiece of production through a bespoke process that has evolved over a century. Printed in our very own Liberty Printing Mill, located between Milan and Lake Como in northern Italy, Tana realises unmatchable fluidity with a silk-like touch, unique print quality and striking colour vibrancy. Machine washable and durable enough for daily wear, it can be used to create everything from simple separates to spectacular statement pieces.
